Located in the center of the Government Lands, the Indigo Plains is known for grass that sometimes looks indigo under the right light (hence the name). The Indigo Plains is home to a small herd of American Mustangs.
The herd consists of five mares and stallion, featured below. Each year there is at least one foal on the ground, and the best years all five mares have foals.
